Dayton Burnett

Dayton Burnett, a native of Springfield, Illinois, joined Body Symmetry in July of 2015. This was not his first experience with Body Symmetry – as a basketball player at Springfield High School, he came 9 years earlier for help with a back injury. After training with Chad and the rest of the staff at Body Symmetry, Dayton fully recovered and went on to play collegiate football at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois.

Dayton holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Coaching minor from Illinois Wesleyan University. Dayton also has a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from Robert Morris University in Chicago, Illinois. During his time at Robert Morris, Dayton was the wide receivers' coach and assisted with the strength and condition program.

During graduate school, Dayton worked for Equinox, an established, high-end corporate club. Although the club offered the latest technology and amenities, it did not align with Dayton's personal values and that prompted him to return home to give back to the community that got him where he is today. He has taken on the role of JV basketball coach at Springfield High School.

Dayton enjoys taking an integrated and holistic approach when working with his clients. He believes we all have unique gifts, and he has found his in working with others to attain their health and fitness goals and create healthier lifestyles.
